Upon a recommendation, I called this shop on a Friday morning around 9:00am asked for Mike, I told him my car was having power steering issues and asked if I can get it repaired same day. He said bring it in let us have a look. About
11:30am I arrived and before 1:30pm they were done. No more weird noises car was purring like a kitten ????. Great staff, while I was waiting the young lady in the office made sure I was warm enough, very cold day, making sure I was okay. 2 thumbs up for the car repair, speed of car repair and

If you are looking for quality, good professional customer care and honest information, Mike and his team are the perfect people for the job!! My husband and I called Mike to get a tow from our home to the place where we USED to go (lol) to figure out why his car stalled out. Mike answered the phone, was willing to do the tow and briefly offered to do the work so the tow could be free, I declined and he respected our decision to take our vehicle to our desired mechanic.

Mike arrived timely for the tow. Mike did a brief test and his calm yet professional nature put my husband and I both at ease so when he offered, "Hey, we can take a look at the car, and let you know how much it'll be for the fix and the tow will be free. If you don't like our price or want a second opinion we will take it to your mechanic and only charge you for the tow". We said, "Okay, why not?".

Mike called the very next day (like he said we would) and to said it was the
t r a n s m i s s i o n (every car owner's nightmare) however the price offered was extremely fair- - better than both our now OLD mechanic and others on the east/west sides.

My husband and I requested a thorough review of the car to ensure this investment was a smart one and for us it was, plus we got a 6 month warranty for the transmission!! In the full review of the vehicle we decided to go ahead and do the oil change (our request), brakes and tirod replacement (Mike's finding). Long story short, we are mobile again and in just 3.5 business days!! In our experience, God works in mysterious ways and Euclid Automotive certainly has our business. Thanks again Mike!!

Was in town for work when I had problems with my truck that required a tow from a parking garage. Mike towed my truck back to his shop where I was given a free of charge evaluation and recommendations. Mike was very nice, professional and did everything possible to accommodate. Someone cut the catalytic converters out of our wheelchair van. I called Mike at Euclid Muffler and he told me to bring it down to his shop. He welded a pair of new converters and replaced the oxygen sensors on our van the same day at a very reasonable price! His welds are solid and he's a great mechanic! Thanks Mike for the great job and fast service!

Euclid automotive is a very good place to bring your vehicle this is the second time I brought my F150 truck. This time my security system was acting up my key would not start the vehicle. The owner brought in a electrical professional and identified the problem and solution. Very impress how this shop went beyond to satisfy the customer. I would have never figured that out. Good job!

Euclid Automotive was very professional and friendly when they came to pick up my car I really appreciate that they were on time. They offered a free tow if I got the car serviced there it was all around a good experience.

My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon after several engine components failed. Euclid Automotive & Muffler Shop arrived to tow my car within 15 minutes of hanging up the phone and had the car fixed by close of business on Monday. Staff was professional and pricing was more than fair. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else if another emergency occurred.

Mike really came through on short notice and installed a new flex pipe, converter, and gas cap for me. My car rides so good now and all noise it was making is gone. Excellent job. Fast and professional.

Best Shop hands down in Cleveland Euclid automotive & muffler had my car in and out in 5hrs need a catalytic converter and i broke my brake tube to my abs module due to rust and they fixed that as well total was $536 checked out the work and was very impressed could of done it myself but sometimes we all need help if you really want to save money this is the place all great nice staff

Great shop. Their used to be shops like this around the city. Really fast towing, excellent communication, fair prices for labor. They did a great job doing some electrical work on my car and got me back on the road by the next afternoon. The work is clean and neat. They even went out to the junkyard to get me a part to keep the bill affordableMy old car will live a little while longer! Thanks guys.
